Michael has over 6 years in the data recovery industry, formally employed by one of the worlds largest data recovery companies.

Michael helped develop a substantial amount of data recovery and diagnostic techniques which are still being used around the world today. Michael specialises in all forms of data recovery such as microcode analysis and repair, clean room data recovery and file system interrogation hexadecimal analysis.

Gemma has over 7 years experience in customer service. Gemma joined the company during its formation and was head hunted from one of the largest retailers in South Wales to help provide a unparallel customer experience.

Gemma is a key contributor to Datatrack Labs success and growth. Gemma is responsible for Datatrack Labs unrivalled score in a recent customer satisfaction survey.

Louise joined the company approximately 2 years ago. Louise is responsible for informing new customers of our data recovery processes and updating customers via email and telecoms.

Louise is also responsible for the processing of all new work in the Datatrack Labs administration system.

Kristian is Datatrack Labs leading electrical engineer. Kristian is responsible for 80% of hard drive electrical repairs which arrive at the laboratory. Kristian is located at Datatrack Labs South Wales headquarters. Kristian joined the company 11 months ago from another large data recovery provider.

After seeing his potential new working environment and the company set up, Kristian was more than happy to relocate.

Alex joined the company 18 months ago and is now a highly regarded member of the data recovery team.

It is believed Alex is the first data recovery professional in the UK to successfully recover data from what is now a common firmware failure with the latest Seagate hard drives.

Paul joined the company six months ago. Paul was formally a stock controller for one of the largest county councils in the UK.

Paul has recently completed a HNC in computing and is now responsible for all hard drive stock. Paul is currently being trained in the art of clean room data recovery. Paul will be ready to undertake in selected live data recovery jobs when his training completes in 6 months.
